Yeah he needs to be duped to reverse heal. His sig gives him more synergies and one of them gives him the ability to apply petrify debuffs.

While I agree Cap is an amazing champ and has good utility and amazing damage output Void is a better champ. Lots of Caps utility comes from synergies after duped and Void does it by himself. Add in Voids synergies and he's even better. There's several great science champs now so arguments can be made for several to be the best. I love Hulk Rags too.

I might be wrong, but I think you need 3 points in despair to reverse heal with Cap
