Can sabertooth with killmonger synergy allow sabertooth to safely parry then attack mordo without astral evading?

Which is weird cause Mordo is supposed to be immune to ability accuracy modifiers ...

Sabretooth synergy is passive to be honest ... it just needs a debuff to trigger

Passive ability accuracy means no trigger needed like bw or during neurotoxin. For mordo you need to trigger astral evade which means it's active . You maybe able to argue if you bring mordo to fight on mesmerize node it is passive so astral evade should still trigger when he gets stun, but ST synergy is active.
