    It's tryco slatterus, the elder known as the chanpion. He challenges people to fights. Read up on him. Makes perfect sense as he is the same race as the collector and the grandmaster.

    His original claim was that this guy was "The Blue Marvel", who is not Mar-Vell. He only changed his tune and who he thought it was later.
