Transfer game data

Hello game team. As you can see I have just joined the kabam forums but I have been playing the game for over 2 years. So my issue is how can transfer my game data from android or google play games to my kabam account on my iPad mini.
Because my iPad mini can’t seem to read my data on the gmail address
I need your help it’s agent. I don’t want to start the game again

    If you have signed into your game with an email address and password that should work if you sign in via Kabam on your iPad I believe

    The issue is I just joined kabam. But I have. Been using android that means all the game data is on google play games that means it ain’t on kabam since I just joined .
    So how do I transfer it .?

    @Busagwa click the gear icon on the home page of the app and you can find support.

    However, if you need further help with transferring your game progress to your iPad, please reach out to our Support Team by tapping on the grey gear icon, located in the in the top left corner of the game’s Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”. Alternatively, you can create a Support ticket by clicking HERE.
