Revive bug?

Anyone else have this problem? Trying to team revive in AW but it wont let me. I could purchase the higher one for units but cant use the ones I have.

    You Have A Limit Of 15 Items In Aq, If This Image Is Accurate Youve Used Them Already.

    ok, didnt think I had used them all, even though it says zero left. Thought maybe others had a problem with it saying zero but that not actually being the case.
