Killmonger Bleed Proc counter

I don’t see it visible when fighting WS or anyone else for that matter. Is this is a recent change or is this a bug?

It only shows up once you have at least 15 stacks of bleed. From 15 on, you’ll see the counter

I see it now. Didn’t notice it before. Does it happen only once per fight?
