should i leave my alliance?

im not sure if i should leave my alliance or not. im semi new to this game, so for the first month or so i didnt join an alliance and was clueless about what it entailed. i joined a random alliance a few weeks ago, but only started contributing around 2 weeks ago when i realised the benefits. however, bc i didnt know what was happening, i joined an alliance which did not speak english at all. recently i’ve been promoted to officer and i dont want to leave because of that, but i dont understand what theyre saying. should i leave the alliance? i don’t want to seem ungrateful and some of them have added me as friends even though i haven’t talked to them.

Me personally, I wouldn’t leave my alliance. Loyalty should be the number 1 thing to value. I get that you can’t speak their language but I think you should still stick with you current ally seeing as they obviously value you as they have promoted you.
But if you do decide to leave, I wouldn’t suggest hopping between multiple allys. Ally hopping is looked down upon my many players and doesn’t benefit you in any way.

I mean it seems like a pretty casual alliance you've got there so communication isn't as important so I guess you could stay but once you join an alliance that requires line or discourd you probably want to switch so that you can understand the strategy your alliance is going for during aq or aw.

Communication becomes really important the higher you go. Talking about who takes what mini etc. so it might cause a hurdle. I agree loyalty is very important but it’s also ok for you to want a better fitting alliance. Maybe one that can help you grow and give you advice. I’ve played this game for 2 years and been with 3 alliances. The previous two were just chill while I’m more of a war and quest guy so I wanted an alliance to match what I was looking for. I’ve bee with this ally for 6 months and worked hard enough to earn their trust to be given the officer role. That’s just my 2 cents.

If you’re casual and it doesn’t bother you, stick with ‘em
If you’re competitive and need to be able to communicate, switch

I've been in a few alliances and left many because we weren't on the same page. I didn't want to hold crystals for S.A. or didn't feel others in the group were putting in the same level of effort. I think the most important thing is to leave graciously and do so when it will least effect the alliance. Don't drop out in the middle of war for instance.

Join my alliance..lol. I understand being conflicted but as you grow you'll have to leave. Communication is a must as you grow so you're just putting off what you'll have to do later. Unfortunately changing alliances is a necessity in this game, you'll either out grow an alliance or fall behind.
