So new character on loading screen looks like Dr strange. Am I correct?

    No his name is socerer supreme but he does look a bit strange with those clothings

    I do believe this is the Dr. Strange from the Symbiote universe where doctor strange infused pretty much all of the marvel heroes with symbiotes.

    It is Dr Strange ( in his Bio) that was fused with a syombite though it looks like it also fused with mordo and Dr voodoo as well at some point and took some of their aspects before fusing with Dr Strange to make Syombite supreme.
