AI special combination

I have noticed whenever AI power metre gets full they sometimes use special combination like they perform sp2 and then instantly sp1 .
Why we cannot do that. This is unfair .
Atleast injustice god among us character rarely perform sp3 .

    Nah, that's only when the sp3 is not active for the AI, did you experience this in Acts 3 or 4, Heroic EQ or ROL?

    Act 4 AI can not use sp3. It's locked. That's why they use sp2 even when their power bar is full.
