    T0XIN SYMBI0TE is my player name if I could be reimbursed for the money wasted. Clearly false advertising the recommended hero rating for this quest.

    You need a heal blocker or reversal for that fight bud. Duped AA, IMIW, duped void, guilly, punisher 2099 are all some good options.

    Mephisto is one of the best option, the regeneration buff will never trigger.
