I have both a 4 and 5 star versions of doc voodoo, my 4* version is awakened with 20 sig lvl and max rank.
My 5* is unawakened and I can take him to r3 which will put him similar PI as the 4*. What's the better one to focus on?

Obviously 5* is eventually going to be more powerful the more I eventually rank him up, but as the 4* is awakened even with a low sig level wouldn't he be more useful

    Dude i have a 5* awakened Doc Voodoo, and hes pretty meh, because just like Void the meat of his damage and what Truly makes him God Tier is his Awakened ability without it hes pretty underwhelming TRUST ME.

    Go 5* all the way. The gem would be a strong option in my opinion. You’ve had to be using him regularly as a r5 awakened 4*. Knowing how to use this champ gives you a great advantage as is. 5* Version will take it to the next level. r4 ASAP. Unless you get an ungodly, truly unique and fun to play 5 or 6*, this is the ticket.

    Voodoo does need his sig ability to be truly great. I would still r3 the 5* unawakened though , but leave him there until you get that awakening. Once you do, then you'll be on a position where you can r4 him and you'll be laughing.

    I'd say definitely the 4* in this case. He needs to be awakened to be useful and even as a 4*, he's very valuable depending on where you're at in the game

    If the 4* is already at r5, I'd save the cats instead of ranking up the 5* unduped
