    I mean a quest only for 3 star champs and another for only 2 star champs

    You already do have it. Its called beginner and normal EQ.

    @Demonzfyre Technically you're right, but I'm guessing that op meant to have limiters so ONLY 2* and 3* champs can be used. Like the event in either august or september that only had a maximum of 3* to be utilized. Even though there were bugs, and I was able to bring my 4* and 5*.
