Sharing login info for aq and aw only

I have a question for kabam which i would really want to be answered. See, i am going on vacation in a few days and won't have wifi there. Is it ok for me or other people to temperarily share my/their login info with someone that is a good friend me or them and is in your Alliance for Alliance quest and Alliance wars purposes only?

    Letting someone else move for you in AQ and AW still violates the terms of service because it's your account ,not theirs.

    I know but still. He is a very good friend of mine who i met through this game. He doesnt use cheats or whatsoever and i am 100% sure he wouldn't betray me
