Im not getting 4* in phc

Hey support team,
All members in my alliance are receiving 4* heros from phc crystals but im not getting a 3* heros too. Im getting only 2* crystals. Please help mcoc team.

    Welcome to MCOC and random hero pulls. Are you sure they're getting those champs from PHC and not 4* crystals and 3* crystals?

    I get my first PHC 4 star Champ at level 42.

    Stop whining. After 3-4 months Ive got my first four star from PHC: Ant-Man.
    Ive gotten countless 3 stars, which usually means more four star shards

    ive opened probably close to 1000 and only got 3-4

    You only have to watch youtube openings to see how random it can be. personally i stockpiled around 200 once and only got 2 from a mass opening, So I don't bother stockpiling any more just open as and when and still pull the odd 4* every now and again.

    I got my first 4* from a PHC in over 2 years at the weekend. Fudging Kingpin.

    Then I got BPCW from an Ultimate Crystal two days later and I'm all B)

    I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed by not getting the Champions you were hoping for from the premium hero crystal. For transparency, information about drop rates is displayed on the crystal before you purchase it. To view this information just click on the "i" icon where it says "Drop Rates."
