Anyone know why this is?

So I mainly use cap iw mixed with Hyperion sl aa and blade. When I Parry I should be getting stacks of petrify and armor break. And when he uses his specials I should be stacking armors with cap. None of this happens except armor break is this the way the champion is set up?

@Haji_Saab this is true but as many times as I've fought him and parried I'm not getting anything just armor break the whole time.

Its still a chance to apply regardless of you getting it "all the time" before.

Anyone know why this is?
