Vulture's Chitauri [Chitarui] Mechanics

It might be too early to critique Vulture, because he isn't playable yet, but in reviewing his abilities, his ability to regen Chitauri energy seems very limited. Essentially, if he isn't duped, he can only regen energy by siphoning 25% of the power gained by the opponent. So, if the opponent doesn't gain any power before the timer runs out, Vulture gains no Chitauri energy.

As a small tweak, I would suggest that his L1 burns 25% of the opponent's current power to refuel his Chitauri energy, as opposed to 25% of the power gained .

Also, since Vulture's ability to regen Chitauri energy seems so limited, the cost of his Raptor Strike seems really steep, especially since the opportunity to block it would generally be high. Having a decoy buff appears to be just a free "evade" which, to seasoned players, is not all that useful. The exception would be if his decoy is able to actually negate a L3 special attack. That would be pretty sick! If that is the case, then that raptor strike would be a great way to prevent a L3 attack, that is, if blocked, Vulture would gain that decoy buff, allow the attack, but take no damage or he would land the attack and drain 25% of the opponent's power, thus preventing the L3 attack.

Last point, in his ability description, the way Chitauri is spelled seems to vary between Chitauri and Chitarui.

I failed to realize that crit hits will generate chitauri energy. That addresses my concerns, although, a duped antman will effectively negate this mechanic.
