Are there such things as Arena based alliances anymore?

I've transitioned to f2p through a lot of arena grinding and I'm in a retirement type alliance.
I just realized after picking up some SA rewards that were 'meh' because it's a vacation alliance and thought "What if there's an alliance filled with arena grinding dopes like me? Would rewards be better? Could I still avoid the continuous mess that is AW?"
Please answer my question for me... does this type of alliance exist?
