Grant her power control ability with SP1 to complement with her stun ability.
Her crit damage is way too weak too. That makes her a pointless character atm.

    And/Or alternatively grant her attacks unblockable when opponent is shocked.
    And every successful hits deals an EMP, reducing opponent's power.
