So the puzzle of the 2018 champions is up and i have had a crack a solving it, in which im fairly certain that most of it is correct.
But here are some events and characters that could come throughout 2019...

JANUARY
Characters: Silver Sable and Black Cat
Event: Spider-Man has disappeared, and someone is behind this disappearance. But along come some... unlikely friends, looking to settle some debts to the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
FEBRUARY
Characters: Squirrel Girl and Speedball
Event: Squirrel Girl and Speedball seek to create a new faction inside the Battlerealm. The New Warriors need the Summoner...
MARCH
Characters: Captain Marvel (MCU) and Mar-Vel
Event: War is on the horizon in the battlerealm. Two sides are being drawn in the sand and Captain Marvel must unite the mightiest heroes in the battlerealm to overcome the threat of war.
APRIL
Characters: Captain America (Sharon Carter) and Captain America (Hydra/Green+Gold)
Event: The events of the Secret Empire left the Captain America destroyed. He vanished and left the mantle to his wife.
Sharon Carter seeks the help of Falcon, Winter Soldier and Iron-Man to find the missing Captain America.
MAY
Characters: Jessica Jones and Killgrave
Event: Jessica Jones joins the Illuminati to fight for thier freedom in the Contest after Thanos comes to seek Killgrave...
JUNE
Characters: Nimrod and Bishop
Event: Nimrod has travelled through many timelines and universes to hunt the X-Men.
Bishop has come to warn the X-Men of the threat to the Battlerealm.
JULY
Characters: Scorpion, Electro (Electric form)
and Mysterio
Event: Spider-Mans prominence is strong within the battlerealm and three foes rise to take to the challenge of defeating the Spider-Man.
AUGUST
Characters: Graviton and Korvac
Event: Korvac defeats the Avengers.
Graviton defeats the New Avengers.
The two lock heads on which is truely stronger. Which could beat the trials of the universe and best the mightiest champions ever seen.
SEPTEMBER
Characters: Mr. Fantastic and Human Torch
Event: Dr. Doom has come to the contest (Not Playable) and his using a cosmic cube to alter the realms that the Fantastic Four are in. Mr. Fantastic and the Human Torch are pulled to the Battlerealm by Doom. They seek help in rescuing thier teammates.
OCTOBER
Characters: Dr. Doom, Invisible Woman and The Thing
Event: Invisible Woman and the Thing have found a way to the Battlerealm.
They find that the Grandmaster has taken the minds of Mr. Fantastic and the Human Torch with help from Dr. Doom...
NOVEMBER
Characters: Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) and Hellfire
Event: Hellfire challenges the Ghost Rider to a battle of flamable wits and strength.
Can the Summoner prove which of these fire-hearts is the better?
DECEMBER
Characters: Spider Woman and Ultimate Venom (Spidey Cape)
Event: Venom was successful at defeating the Spider-Man of his timeline and wears the outfit of Spider-Man as a cape.
Spider Woman seeks the help of the Summoner to retrieve the cape and avenge the Spider-Man.
