Why is it that only portal 8 can portal to tile 53?

    It doesnt make sense, every mini boss but that one has 2-3 portal to get them..

    From a 9 route's perspective, that top route traditionally merges routes 1 and 2 into just 1 route, so you already have two people going there. it adds to the planning.
