Doc Oc or Iron Man (IW)

I have them both as 5* unawakened heroes. I was wondering which would be better to upgrade to 4/55? I'm not looking for attack or defence specifically - so it basically comes down to who is better all-round.

    IMIW as he is better all-round.
    Defensively I don't think he needs much introduction.
    Offensively he's pretty useful too. Not a hard hitter but very good DOT and very fun to use. Also got some utilities as well.
    I have them both as 5* and I use them a lot to know them fairly well enough.
