Phasing througb character when i try yo attack

Very often i try to hit someone in any general arena , quest , story and my hit doesnt fase them, they hit me like it never happened. Also crystals, i got a 5* mordo and it switched to a cable at the last moment. Gonna delete the game soon if something doesn't change. It really pisses me off i want a refund

As your fellow Summoner stated, the spin on the crystals is just an animation for fun! The champion is already decided when you claim the crystal; this is why many people actually skip the animation and just click to open them.
