Disappearing Gifts

Someone gifted me a greater gifting crystal and I looked in my mailbox then my game lagged out, so I went back into my game and I looked and I didn’t see the gift or any messages the person sent me. I would like to know if I could get it back in someway? I’m a little mad because I spent 70 units and I didn’t get my gift

    I friended the person and I looked and their name wasn’t in my friend list either

    I also get notifications that I received a gift from my phone, but when I log into the game, there is nothing there... no gifts, no messages, nothing.

    Have you ever logged into another account (like an alternate account)?

    Happen to me as well, and No i did not logged to any other account.., i have only one account.
