Changing Email to buy Units

So, I've been having this problem for upwards of a few months now. Since then I've been arena grinding, so I haven't really needed to buy units. However, with the gifting event I would have loved to have been able go buy extra units for this, as the rewards were kind of nice for where I'm at.

Also sucked because if I was able to buy units, I'd be uncollected right now, and would have gotten the 5* generic awakening gem to awaken my 5* Medusa or Voodoo. I'm literally fighting the collector now and don't want to back out because I've already dropped hella units. That 4* awakening gem was a straight punch in the gut for me..

Anyways, I tried to get in touch with support and filed multiple tickets, however it seemed like an automated email, and no matter what information I gave about my account it was wrong. I can't really remember most of the things that are asked to verify my account, honestly.

I figured since I couldn't buy units, kabam would be all over this, since I cant sink money into the game. Is there anyway to fix this and get my email changed? I really dont feel like going through with another ticket, again.., and feeling like I'm just wasting my time.

    Wow. I had a similar problem and wanted to change my email. I sent in a support ticket and within the next day it was change. Im pretty sure you have to send it in a specific format to verify its authenticity. It was actually a great customer service experience.
    I sent my email in this format(Couldn't find the original email but this is the official way to send it that I found on a forum) -

    1) Last 2 Purchases (Amount of real-world currency spent, if applicable and approximate within 1 day) i.e Google or iTunes purchases
    2) Last Login Date (approximate within 60 Days)
    3) Your account's name as it is displayed in-game
    4) Email linked to your account (this can be your GameCenter ID, Google Play ID, or your Kabam ID)
    5) New email address you wish to use (make sure that it hasn’t been registered with Kabam)
    6) Account Creation Date (approximate within 60 Days)
    **If you are having trouble remembering when you created your account, check the dates of some of your earliest achievements in your Google Play or Game Center accounts.
    7) Device and Device OS you were/are playing on
    8) Account Level, a few of your most powerful characters, and Alliance name (if you are part of one)

    Hey there, sorry to hear about that. The security questions are a necessary part of the email change process that are needed in order to keep everyone's accounts secure. Any email change requests would still need to be handled through our Support Team though; once they are able to verify that all of the answers provided are correct, they can proceed to the next steps of your request.
