    I have him 4/55 because he was one of my early 5* champs. I'm actually a big fan of him, but there are many better options now, especially without his sig ability

    I will put it this way: My 4* (duped) is one of my two favourite tech champs with Doc. Oc. and I still have IMIW, Sparky, Vision and others. He is not a bad choice, as far as Tech champs go. Now if you also consider other classes too, things change a little bit...
