Act5 and Uncollected(Need advice and suggestions

These are all my champs . I'm at 5.2.4
I wanna be Uncollected as soon as possible. Didn't used single revive yet in act5. Need help and guidance on paths which are easier . Team and champ insight will help a lot. Any advice and suggestions or tips are really appreciated and helpful.
