Mystic Champ help needed - who to upgrade

New to the forum so be patient please!
I'm wondering who to upgrade - especially in regards to Mystic champ.
All 4 star - I've got Hood ranked to 4/40, Mephisto to 3/30 and I recently got Magik who I got to 3/30. I was planning to get Hood to Rank 5 as soon as I get enough class catalysts but I just got Mephisto DUPED!
I've seen people say Magik is best but her rating is a lot less it seems?
So do I keep going with Hood, or choose Magik or duped Mephisto instead?
PS - my only 5 star are, Cable (2/35) , Juggernaut (1/25), King Groot (1/25), and Duped Black Panther CW (1/25). Are any of those worth upgrading?

Thanks for your help! What makes her so much better than duped Mephisto or Hood?
You will like her play style for sure and she can save your lot of resource too ...
