has anyone else been having trouble receiving a password reset email from Kabam?

Is it just my account, or has anyone else been having trouble receiving a password reset email from Kabam? I've tried this about 50 times over the course of about 3 months and have not received any email at all (Not in my spam box or junk folder) (Also have checked and I have not blocked/blacklisted the email which delivers the password reset code anywhere). I recently sent in a ticket to Kabam since I've noticed units missing and strange activity on the account and now I NEED to reset my password. Is it just me, or does anyone else have this problem?

As a result of asking password reset to kabam, kabam asked for the first two payment information, but I have 10 accounts and all of them have been paid several times so the first payment can not be confirmed

If Kabam require the last two billing information, i can fix it immediately

    The security questions asked by our Support Team are in place to help protect your account and prevent anyone else from gaining access or making changes to it.

    In most cases our Support Team request details for the last two purchases made on your account, so I recommend reaching back out to them for additional clarification on what information they require to finish verifying your ownership of the account. In that email, you may also wish to recap on all of the other answers you've provided previously and include details of the last two purchases you made on the relevant account.
