Void Petrify Bugged - not stopping healing

This is the third time I’ve noticed this happening, first time I managed to take a screenshot. Put two petrify debuffs on the opponent and they were still healing. Every time I’ve used Void in quests and duels (to try this), two petrify debuffs negated and/or reversed all healing. But in arena...
All three times, with two petrify debuffs on the opponent they were still healing from masteries. Three different champs and three different profiles. I have one point in the despair mastery also, so the total heal reduction should be above 100% with two petrify debuffs.
Side Note: Later in the fight, with more debuffs applied, the healing WAS reversed - so it’s not that the salve/willpower masteries aren’t reversible, it’s that the petrify debuffs (+ despair) aren’t adding to at least 100%.

So they would be healing for 115% of salve, because of recovery, but two Petrify would just negate a flat 100% of ALL healing, boosted or not.
