5☆Quake or 4☆Cap IW?

As in title im torn beetween ranking up 5☆Quake to 3/45 or 4☆Cap IW to rank 5. (Both unduped, yet i have a generic 4☆ gem i could eventually use on cap) So, what do you guys think and why?

Go Quake. For starters, she's a 5*. Plus, if played correctly and perfectly, she can be one of the best champions in the game. Take her to 4/55 once you get the resources.

as much as i love CAIW, quake would be more viable
