Will it affect 5.2.6 Spider Gwen? I still haven't 100% that quest so I would like to know if I should take the other paths connecting to her

    Most likely yes considering the other champs that got buffed affected those particular champs in quests except rol and im assuming lol

    Yes, it will affect her. This was confirmed by Miike.

    Any champ changes will affect Story Mode but not content like RoL or LoL as they are separately programmed instances.
