Opening a 5* crystal

So I have 20k in 5 star shards. Should I save for the 22nd of February for the blade featured crystal or should I open one or should I try getting 30k 5 star shards to get 2 fearured?

    Open 1 Blade crystal definitely. Because worst case scenario you don't get blade. But that's still a 5 star. But Featured is either amazing hit or terrible miss. The only reason I'm not doing featured is because I can't risk duping my NC

    I've almost always opened basics, but right now I am saying shards for a few months so I can open a few featured crystals at the same time. There will be a new 5-star featured crystal by then, so depending on the pool, I might change my mind and open basics.

    That being said, you have a good roster there, so maybe decide if there are champs in the featured that you strongly want or would complete some roster needs. For example, I am in need of a good mystic champ in my roster, and right now Magik, Symbiote Supreme, and Mephisto are in the FC. So to me it would be worth the risk of getting one of the other 20 champs in that crystal, most of whom are pretty good champs, and a few are great.
