Active International Alliance - Gold 1 - Map 6 to finish top 500 - Looking For Replacements

We are an international alliance looking for 2-3 replacements. We finished Gold 1, ranked 60 two seasons, but a bad recruiting class plus matchmaking issues this past season bumped us down to rank 600 
We are hopeful that with the right replacements this off season we can get back on track and accomplish greater things. Players joining us must be active and communicate well within the BG. We prefer players capable of taking multiple paths in AW tier 4 or higher and with a variety of good defenders. We will begin doing map 6 once the cost is reduced next week in order to finish top 500 and obtain t5b shards.
Requirements
-2 5*R5 or 6*R2
-6 5* R4 Champs or equivilent
- Multiple 5*R3 champs
-7K Prestige minimum (negotiable)
-Donations: Gold 130k, 30k BC, 13k LC (expected to decrease once map cost is reduced)
-Completion: 15K, but some leeway as long as you are not leaching
-SA: Finish top 20%, no minimum req.
-Items: No minimum, but meet it every time
-Arena: Not required, but preferred
