    I used my 5/50, sig 80 Luke Cage in tier 6 war for 4 straight seasons and he rarely died. Even now, he's crazy good on quests. Out of personal bias I'd suggest him. But could understand wanting to wait for someone else.

    I don't know the value of awakening Modok or Wasp, but I do feel Luke is worth it, his Indestructible can come in really handy, and tank an sp3 if the timing is right. I think Modok just gets the autoblock if awakened, which makes him a pain for AWD- for me at least, maybe others have him figured out. I've fought duped Wasp in AW, and she goes down as easy as a ten dollar hooker

    This. LC is my AQ king. Chain stun my way through the Sentinels, then tank SP3's without damage in the other fights.

    I think modok has autoblock without being awakened.
