AQ not letting members join

We had a new member join and then started AQ. He is unable to join AQ and only spectate.

    Same. Ours joined an hour before we started AQ. It’s map 6, we kind of need all hands on deck here.

    As you can see we are 30/30, and he didn’t join after it started, nothing below the AQ announcement. Him joining is no longer in the feed so I can’t show that part.

    Still waiting for a moderator to explain how/why this happens and if there is a fix in place?

    This issue may be the new member was still part of an active AQ within his/her old alliance. Did you confirm his old alliance AQ timer ended before you started your new AQ? Not sure if its based on timer ending or him/her getting to end to release champs (guessing timer). If not that then seems like some sort of bug
