Adjustments to Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel

So, I have been playing this game for a long time, over two years now. As champions have been added and changed, so has the game itself. When Rogue was added to the game, it was explained in her description of her abilities why she has a reduced effect of debuffs on her. It was due to the prolonged touch she has with Captain Marvel that altered her physiology and take on some of Captain Marvel's Kree physiology. This explanation suggests that both Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel are also Kree and should both have the same passive ability to reduce the duration of debuffs like Rogue does, because they share a similar physiology. Therefore, I suggest that Ms Marvel and Captain Marvel have that passive ability added to them and that their PI be adjusted accordingly.
