Diss Track Not Working

Fighting the Blade on node 73 in map 7 which has the diss track buff. Defender takes no damage unless 3 debuffs are on them and they can be of the same type. Went into the fight with Iceman and had 6 frostbite and 2 coldsnap charges yet Blade still took 0 damage.
