Looking for a place to grow

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
A group of 4 players. 2 new, one intermediate. And one veteran. Would like someone who runs map 4 but has a place for the newer people. Love aw but only the inter and vet play it. Intermediate has trouble clearing hard lines but we love the challenge. Line app preferred as we like to make fun of each other and other people in good sport. The newbies are somewhat active but not consistent because of their jobs
