Was ghost fixed?

I want to hear from the ghost users whether she was really fixed or not? It's because After months later I have to use ghost in war bcoz of MB hype, I have much Mystic champs so ghost is my last hope. I would have to bring in ghost with wasp and hood and both wasp and hood are unupgraded. Any answers will be appreciated thanks.
