Don't nerf Mystic Dispersion , redo the other class masteries to be usefull

Since everybody is complaining MD is the only good class mastery instead of nerfing that just redo the others .Here are some toughts:
Mutant - Greater salve Increase regeneration by 15% and for mutants that don't regen add a greater salve for 15 health twice per second
Skill -15% bleed damage increase and 30% on crits for a bleed
Cosmic 30% true strike
Science 15% power
Tech 30% armor ,15% less powergain for opponents non cosmic

    i think a better option is increase their ability accuracy

    Or give anti evade to every skill champ. At level 5 it will be 15%. That way BW can go back to her former glory

    For Karnak BW CB and DD i put the 30% chance to bleed on crits for 60% of their attack let's say

    Stop bringing attention to nerfs. Stop making nerf posts everyday.
