Account banned

My account was banned for 720 hours before and now after 10 days i tried to login to see how much time was left and now they tell me thats its permanently banned. Please help me regarding this issue and fix it.

    Boa tarde Kabam me baniu de uma forma injusta pq não sei oq aconteceu pra leva essa decisão não usei aplicativo de trapaceiros e se outra pessoa que entrou na minha conta usou não foi do meu consentimento por favor espero que me ajude nisso gosto de joga e foi cometido uma injustiça um bom trabalho a todos e um boa tarde

    Pode fazer uma avaliação no meu dispositivo nunca usei material de trapaceiros só se entrado na minha conta , e fui enganado estou sendo vítima de uma injustiça peço a Kabam que faça uma perícia de meu dispositivo e de minha conta e ver que fui enganado e me devolver minha conta estou aqui pedindo uma ajuda ou gosto de joga nunca vai ver eu usar nada de trapaceiros por favor devolva minha conta

BOUGHT SO MANY UNITS, OFFERS OF T4CC, AND OTHERS I BOUGHT IN YOUR GAME STORE USING MY CREDIT CARD! NOW I WILL STOP ON MY ADDICTION ON THIS GAME..!
