    Loyalty is big but that's hard to judge when joining, out of what you put active members are huge, plus for me having a badass name is important lol. I mainly look to see what they are running for AQ and War and how willing they are to work with my work schedule.

    Exactly! I as a leader, do take the names into consideration when letting people join but it is not priority over their rating, loyalty, activeness, and what they could bring to the table to help out with AQ and AW .

    Yeah activity and loyalty are huge, I used to be an officer and that's what I used to look for as well.

    I did too but all failed me so I decided to make my own and apply it all myself. So far it's perfect.

    Right now Map for in AQ and AW. I do 2 battle groups. 1 for me and my elites, and the second for any of my teammates who are 2500-3000 rating or below.
