Ranking 5/65 suggestions

I have only few decent 5* champions, only 1 of them is at 5/65 which is maxed Domino. Rest of my champs which are worth of ranking up, they are already at 4/55. I would love to hear your suggestions and get advice, which champ out of my roster is worth to rank up, either to 5/65 or to 4/55. Up to now I have done 100% of act 5 and did 1st run through act 6.1 (cavalier) and now I would like to develop champs that will help me fully explore act 6.1 or 100% of LoL (did easiest path already). Ufortunately I don't have red hulk or massacre in 5* roster (considering the Domino trinity), don't have blade, hyperion, corvus, ice man, GR, AA,..
