To Featured Or Not To Featured

So, I'm coming up on another 5*. Last one I pulled was HB, so....Shards next time. LOL. Just wanted to ask, out of the Featured List, who is good Unduped out of the new Champs? I can't decide if I want to open a Basic or not. I don't mind taking the chance, but I'm unsure how many are good without the Sig in the current list, seeing as how I'll be pulling one try. Thanks for the info.
