Update issue - Unable to use R3 > R4 rank up gem since taking the update

It looks like the upgrade material requirements is gating the use of my rank up gem, since the update. I can confirm, before the upgrade (before I had the gold, really), the button was at least active for me to select. Now, no longer is.

    they already stated this was a known issue before the update was released. they said it will be fixed in a few days with next update.

    My rank up gems now aren’t working after the update is there a known bug.
