Should I rank up 4* Dominoe to 5/50
or 5* Psilocke to 3/45

    I do think Psylocke is highly underrated but I would go with the domino, especially if you have the rest of the flaming trinity. Her damage is just so much higher than psylocke's, and she has a bit more utility.
