This months event energy cost and gold earned

So the cost of energy for this months event is tremendous. On any given day if you are a uncollected or above summoner you could be participating in 3 different quests on Epic level that costs 3 energy per node. For that huge cost of energy you will receive a whopping 123 pieces of gold per fight and 43 pieces of gold per empty node. I mean the community is always asking for my ways to earn gold, couldn't you have increased the gold earned here, because the rewards again do not justify the cost. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    I can confirm, pulled something like 5k gold from these few times. Was hoping for 5star awakening gem, but thats even better
