The game has become Unplayable

okay people we all love this game and have invested time and in some cases money towards the game and the current state of the game is pathetic , the login time takes 10 mins to load and it has become close to impossible to open a crystal when I open a crystal the crystal reel itself lags so badly it takes half a hour to open a single crystal . Even it takes 5 mins of loading time to advance in a song quest. It's really sad to see something so good become this app which can't even function properly,i haven't even been able to do the months quest because of the lag, I have asked many summoners and friends if they aren facing this issue majority of them do, personally my two buddies quit the game recently and frankly they aren't wrong in doing so. I am using redmi note 7 . Tell me whoose fault is it, is it my fault that a game can't even work as intended?
