New LOL glitch: Agent Venom

in Bugs and Known Issues
My understanding is that the Incinerate timer is transferred on contact. AV is now transferring the timer on evaded hits. When he fires his special attacks, if I evade the first hit the timer transfers and is over or virtually over by the time his special animation ends.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    I remember this long back when Texas hitman fought AV in his LOL run. The same thing happened to him and he was sceptical as well. Its been always there
