Second gmc offer ive paid 28.99 for.
I understand that im not guaranteed anything out of this world like a 5* cull but not even a 4*? paying for this is quite unacceptable now.

    You're buying a chance at something you want, a poor one at that in most cases, you should pay less attention to reddit/twitter/forum posts of ridiculously lucky pulls and think about how likely it is to get completely shafted by these.

    That is true of course but i feel like its happened too many times to me and other summoners in the contest. Even from crystals that you earn.

    The drop rates feel no where near where they report. I understand that we're dealing with a biased sample base here but far too often hear complaints over great drops.
